    <summary type="html">Looking for some interpretations of what 'incidental' means in the context of a HouseHolder application.&amp;nbsp; eg&amp;nbsp; if the the annex is free standing and provides more accomodation than the parent house, but has no kitchen, is it still 'incidental'?</summary>
