<p>We have a number of sites in the city that have existing educational and business uses and are&nbsp;proposed to be demolished or redeveloped for residential.</p> <p>We have not adopted a CIL.</p> <p>Does&nbsp;this mean that the Vacant Building Credit with regards to affordable housing is not applicable?</p> <p>If it is applicable, how do we undertake the calculation when our existing policy is on a % number of units of&nbsp;delivery of affordable housing&nbsp;and not calculated on floorspace?</p>
