<p>My elderly female (single) neighbour is in rented accomodation and is desparate need of help.</p> <p>the landlord is seeking to build a new property and wants to use her private path as access to the rear. Her bathroom window would be at eye level to any passers by. She has a gagging order which prohibits her from objecting.</p> <p>the new pathway (currently private) will be open (only) to residents of the new building.</p> <p>is this legal? It seems like an infringement of rights to me.</p> <p>thanks to anyone who can help.</p>
