Our Local Plan
Inspector was content that we could demonstrate a five year land
supply and supported use of the Liverpool method for dealing with
shortfall. The figures presented at the Examination included a 20%
buffer. In updating our 5 year land supply, looking at the Housing
Delivery Test we consider a 5% buffer is now appropriate. We intend to
apply a 5% buffer and still use the Liverpool method and deal with
shortfall across the plan period. Does anyone have any views on this
or are in a similar situation? TIA Kind regards</p>Paula Tweed2020-05-05T15:41:09Z
