after commencement what are your practices for procuring the due CIL charge?

In the past when a proposal has been halted mid-way through a new
application has been required and we charge CIL on that instead.
However, if the new app was refused and no further proposals were
submitted by the developer what do we have in terms of CIL regs to
back up us in pursuing the CIL charge? We must also consider whether
chasing the payment is appropriate, for example if they are never
going to (and cannot lawfully) continue with the original permission.
Has anyone had a similar situation and can advise?
phoebe martin2020-05-14T11:30:51Z
