and Town Centres but nowhere in the regs does it refer to defined Town
Centres, as far as I can see this will apply across all areas in
England. If my interpretation of the new Class E is correct a large B1
shed on an industrial estate could change to a supermarket without
planning permission. Also when the regs talk of the "material
period" being 1/9/20 to 31/7/21 - is that a temp permission
granted by the regs for only that timescale or could a change effected
by these regs continue to be extant beyond July 2021 if implemented in
the "material period". I know we're waiting for the PPG
update but anyone have any initial thoughts please?</p>
