&lt;p&gt;We are interested to find out which software applications other
  councils use to host and to share their planning register/planning documents?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We assume the majority will use Public Access but has any one found
  or felt the requirement to use any alternative?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It would be great if you could please share these!&lt;/p&gt;
