I have a static caravan sited and seen by a planning officer
who ran away when she saw it and I told her its age. I have split up
with my partner and he has gifted me 4 acres adjoining his house with
the static caravan on it. the caravan is connected to electric and
water separate to the house. The caravan has been used to house
friends and family who have needed somewhere to live over the years.
It has its own white goods, car parking and driveway. Any post has
always gone to the caravan at 67......

I am wheelchair bound and really need a lodge or bungalow which is a
wide open space.

The land is on greenbelt and a mature area of outstanding beauty.

I would love to be able to put a single storey dwelling on it
suitable for my needs.

Can anyone assist or point me in the right direction of a planning
solicitor who can help?
Former Member2020-12-03T15:17:13Z
