      &lt;font size="3"&gt;I have an application for Proposed residential
        development consisting of 32 No. 1 and 2 bed apartments with 38
        associated car parking spaces and a CIL Liability notice was
        issued.   They are now putting in a Non Material Amendment (NOT
        a Section 73) to reduce the size of the floors pace which means
        the CIL calculation will alter.  Can I issue a new revised
        liability notice on a Non Material Amendment? or do they need to
        submit a Section 73 application?&lt;/font&gt;
