After a year getting used to virtual planning committee, we are now
planning how to revert to non virtual meetings following the recent
LGA court case. I wonder how people are doing this?

Are you going back to fully present committees as pre-covid or trying
some of of Hybrid meeting? If so how?

The general consensus in Gateshead is that all members (decision
makers) must be physically present and that the meeting must be open
to the public if anyone wishes to attend physically but that this can
be limited in number given current social distance requirements and
room capacity. However we are looking at whether we still have some
form of virtual element for some officers/public to attend virtually
 or watch online.

Any thoughts of what others are doing/thinking would be gratefully received.
