November 2019. The review clearly needs to be completed by November
2024, but as our plan predated the standard methodology it is almost
inevitable that at least a partial update will be required. The law
obviously doesn't require the plan update to be adopted within 5
years, but my concern is that this is the practical implication,
because after 5 years we will be back to the standard methodology for
5 year housing land supply/Housing Delivery Test purposes. Does anyone
have any experience of this, or any knowledge of the weight that
emerging plan updates in response to a review have had in appeals
