    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;We wish to use ipads to view and make notes on the progress of
  development sites. We would like to mark the plans plot by plot - eg,
  under construction, complete etc...   instead of using paper plans. 
  Can anyone recommend software or an app which they use to do this? &lt;/p&gt;</summary>
