<p>Useful to be aware.</p> <p>Since any referendum would be managed and run by a borough council's&nbsp; Election staff&nbsp;you would hope that they would be up to speed with what the latest requirements are from government.&nbsp; Not sure there has been widespread electoral fraud to date in neighbourhood referenda!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Does the requirement to produce&nbsp;Voter ID at the polling station also apply to a neighbourhood plan referendum?</p> <p>I have been advised that it does, but can find no reference to this in the regulations or legislation.</p>
