<p>Hi</p> <p>We have an application for conversion of a redundant church building into 11 residential flats including the erection of a bin store and bike/external store building (approx. 30 sq m).&nbsp; The&nbsp;conversion of the church is subject to CIL and my question is whether the floor area of the bin store and bike/external store building should also be taken into account when calculating the CIL&nbsp;liability?</p> <p>Pleased to receive any comments&nbsp; Christine.hyszka@rother.gov.uk</p>
