&lt;p&gt;We have an application for conversion of a redundant church building into 11 residential flats including the erection of a bin store and bike/external store building (approx. 30 sq m).&amp;nbsp; The&amp;nbsp;conversion of the church is subject to CIL and my question is whether the floor area of the bin store and bike/external store building should also be taken into account when calculating the CIL&amp;nbsp;liability?&lt;/p&gt;
