Application submitted three weeks ago now for a MMA on a house extension. Applicant checked the NPPG prior to submission which says` on standard application forms` prior to submission and submitted on householder application forms.LPA refused to validate (after 10 days) as not on ` variation of condition` forms. My view is it can be on either....but i would be interested to hear what others think. Seems to me to be a storm in a teacup and defeats the objective of `flexible ` planning.
