<p>Havering London Borough Council has served planning enforcement notices (attached) in respect of new park homes, installed without planning consent, which have been sold and are occupied.</p> <p>These homes are <b>outside</b> the licence area of the site, so the unwitting purchasers have no legal protection under either planning law or the Mobile Homes Acts.</p> <p>Has your local authority been involved in similar planning enforcement?</p> <p>The Planning Case Officer is <a href="mailto:Onkar.Bhogal@havering.gov.uk">Onkar.Bhogal@havering.gov.uk</a></p>
