<p>We have an application that has gone to appeal. Our Parish Council has been granted Rule 6 Status and we wish to generate expert reports on Green Belt and flooding (we have a detailed report from a local spoecialist but he is not a qualified expert, so we can't ask him to create & submit the exper report) and possibly ecology. </p>
<p>Can anyone provide recommendations please? </p>
