PD extensions - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

PD extensions are not normally my thing therefore any help would be most appreciated .

Client has a very small 1950`s detached bungalow in GB and has applied for PP but been turned down as extensions are 63% in volume and policy is for no more than 50 %. We believe that  a brick outbuilding next to the bungalow should have been included in the calculations as per Sevenoakes but that`s a matter for PINS now.

However, my initial view is that  we can erect a 8 metre rear extension under notification procedure?

Can we also erect a side extension under Class A pd regulations seperately?

How does the 70 m3 ( or 15%) figure fit in with the prior notification system?
