  Webb's reference to Local Plans being the Cinderalla of the plg system
  yet potentially the most important. The current situation is an
  opportunity to use digital intereactions to get the public more
  interested in plan making, particualrly as Covid 19 may be around in
  some form for some time and the recovery could be a W curve or www. In
  this context are there any examples of digital consultation successes
  or lessons learnt that we could discuss; what software/apps might
  there be out there that could help shine a positive light on plan making.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
