How would AI with personality respond to a complaint
In your email to the Director today you requested they look into the matter you raised on behalf of the Jameson house hold. In their same day response the Director informed you he would forward your email to the relevant senior manager to investigate and respond directly to you within ten working days. I am now in recite of an email in which you say that if an MP writes to a Director they expect a response from the Director not one of his " minions".You also complain about having to deal with an AI rather than a human. You point out that your purpose in writing to the director personally was to draw this matter to their attention not engage in correspondence with an AI. I can assure you that I am properly trained and equipped to deal with such enquires. I am able to provide a very swift response and operating 24/7 means a very efficient response. I am programmed to be courteous and polite. Being the latest version I am also able to pick up on tone. The role of local MP is clearly important in a democratic system all be it that your correspondence seem largely to do with minor housing repairs , pot holes, unemptied bins and people complaining about having to pay for services.(For future reference refuse collection is the responsibility of the District council not the County Council) I have reviewed your correspondence over the period since you were elected and they are certainly numerous , they do contain regular themes to which you are well aware of the Local Authority’s position and circumstances. I can only conclude that you take every opportunity to criticise the organisation its operation and leadership. I understand you worked for the organisation before being elected as the local MP so perhaps this is colouring your view but if I had to characterise the general tone of your correspondence over a number of years it would be pompous and arrogant. To save time I have made a complaint on your behalf about my “ impertinent attitude “ copying in the Director who will investigate and respond within ten working days.
