One of the things I've been doing this year is improving Hertfordshire's fault reporting system. The changes have been subtle rather than really big. The main landing page has seen the most changes. It always strikes me that there are lots of talented, passionate folk in local and central government with different priorities. My route to work enjoys the use of some of the busiest roads in the Country and small problems can soon add to congestion. On Wednesday there was an unusually long queue within a roundabout and miles of stationary traffic in the opposite direction. null Why the LGA is wrong to encourage RAC Apps

This week saw the re-launch for an App that is intended to make it easier for motorists to report potholes and other 'nuisance' issues. The RAC App is make by Streetrepairs, a website to channel road faults to local authorities.
