The LACEF Forum is home to over 1000 members from nearly every local authority in England & Wales (and a few in Scotland). We are a supportive community that has been sharing best practices in the recovery of council tax, business rates, sundry debts, adult social care debt, overpaid housing benefits, and parking fines since 1997. This is a private forum dedicated to fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among professionals in the field
