Published in August 2018, the Report was produced to evaluate the economic impacts, public value and social benefits of the Superfast Broadband Programme (2012-2016). 

The Report includes several appendices which provide an econometric analysis of several of the impacts of the programme in much more detail than is given within the primary report, including a more detailed cost-benefit analysis.
