Can anyone advise on LPAs/LEPs/LSPs who have developed and used high quality measures to show how the planning system through its DM process is meeting economic, social and environmental well being goals. While measures of added value would be great, I initially would be happy to hear about good basic measures and targets, especially in relation to economic activities.Related to this is a query about any research or evidence that shows the value of housing growth to an area in economic and social terms. many thanks if you have opportunities to respond.
