Hi,

Have any CIL authorities recently gone through the process of amending the CIL Infrastructure List following the adoption of a CIL charging scheme?

If so, what prompted the changes? What process did you follow? Did you prepare any supporting evidence to assess any impacts on viability? Did you receive any challenges to the proposed changes?
