Serviced Self Build Plot - Define - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

My understanding of a serviced self build plot is that such as elec, water must be provided to a boundary of each plot or in the close vicinity.

I am of the opinion that such services as elec/water are not required to be provide into the plot by the developer.

My understanding is being questioned I.E. I am being informed that elec/water must be provided into each plot by the developer on a multi plot development to be classed as a serviced self build development.

I welcome your thoughts especially with best practice recommended advise.
