Statement of Community Involvement - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I am trying to find up to date legislation on the correct procedure for consultation on amendments to an SCI. We have made some very minor changes which will need to be approved by Cabinet. Although if we were making major changes we would consult whether it is required or not, in this instance if it isnt required then it probably isn a necessity.

Is anyone able to advise which legislation outlines the requirements?
