In this video, Sarah Chilcot, deputy director at the Planning Portal urges local authority planners and digital teams to attend the event side-by-side to share experience and learn from the innovators.
The event is part of a two-day programme bringing together public service leaders at all levels, across a range of services on the journey to digitally supported delivery. Other services featured in the programme cover waste and recycling; libraries; and adult social care.
