I am new to a role for recovery of CIL and I could do with some help with regard to warning letters and further action if no payment.

Looking at guidance we need a default liabilty notice if CIl isnt paid. I cannot seem to find a template for this. Does anyone know where i can find one?

I also wondered if anyone knew of a template for notice of warning for a Stop notice?

Has anyone issued surcharges or a liabilty order for none payment?
