HELAA - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi we are a new Unitary Council and looking to start over with our HELAA, in the past we used an access database but this is no longer an option for us. Does anyone out there use or know of an off the shelf solution or have a bespoke system they are willing to share?
