I am currently preparing to go out on site visits for our end of FY monitoring and there are a few candidates for lapsing. This has got me wondering whether there is due to be any extension to the Covid 19 arrangements for extending planning permissions to 1 May 2021. It seems as though the guidance was last updated in July 2020: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/extension-of-certain-planning-permissions-draft-guidance/extension-of-certain-planning-permissions-draft-guidance

Has anyone seen anything further on this? We have a couple of permissions which lapsed in January 2021, missing the 31 December 2020 cut off for extension.
