Whilst I know that the actual turnaround for validation of an
application is somewhat lengthy at the moment, with reports of weeks
and months from around the country, I'd be grateful if you could
perhaps let me know:
- Do you have a corporate performance indicator for speed of
validation (i.e. no. of days from receipt to declaration of valid/invalid)?
- If yes to 1, what is your indicator (i.e. how many days and what
percentage of application should be validated/invalidated within
this period)?
- Further to 2, does this apply to all application types, and if not
- which types are excluded?
Hope you can help - I'm interested to see what we're all aiming for,
if anything.
