Digital Nomads - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I'm dealing with a CLOPUD for the use of a B&B/Guesthouse as a base for Digital Nomads, who would typically stay for up to 90 days and would experience Blackpool when they weren't working. I'm struggling to decide whether there is a material change of use involved to an HMO or a sui use. Has anyone had experience of dealing with the same please?
