Section 106 Contributions for Hotel Development - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Does anybody have an adopted formula based approach for securing Section 106 Contributions from Hotel Developments towards, for example, tourism infrastructure, signage or public realm type improvements - or do you know of anyone that does? Any advice gratefully received.
