Can 'Link Detached' be classed under 'Detached' dwellinghouses? - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Im trying to clarify when a dwelling stops being a 'detached dwellinghouse', and then falls into 'any other dwellinghouse' as under Class A Part (e) (i). If someone could explain why as well, that would be most helpful. Im currently dealing with a dwellinghouse that is supposedly 'link detached', and I cant seem to find anything which clarifies this point for me. Has anyone decided which way to go on this before?
