European Protected Species - How LPAs should discharge their legal duties - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I'd like to draw attention to this training event taking place on 5 October in Birmingham (www.ieem.net/events) It's a masterclass led by experienced environmental lawyer Penny Simpson from DLA Piper UK LLP. It aims to give participants opportunities to discuss their own case studies and issues as well as providing structured learning on the legal duties for wildlife and protected species that LAs have to discharge.
