Ukraine home support scheme and annex extensions - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi

I saw on the gov website that SB exemptions on annex's will not be lost in the 3 year claw back period if they home a Ukrainian family and get the £350 a month government 'thank you'  as it is not rent. However does any one know how they are supposed to prove this?
