Am I correct for thinking we do not count farmhouses and houses for agricultural workers as C3 dwellinghouses? I cannot find anything on the latest Housing Flows Reconciliation (HFR) guidance notes. Thanks.

And worth remembering that if there are only very few, which you'd expect I guess even in rural boroughs, then whether they are in or out really is not going to change total figures markedly. Common sense should prevail!

New Member Postiadau: 10 Dyddiad Ymuno: 11/02/2016 Bostiadau diweddarYes C3 - remember not to double count if they have the agricultural tie removed in time they would have been counted as an agricultural workers dwellings (C3) and with no tie just a dwelling but still C3!
