Councils and their public health teams are responsible for commissioning the Healthy Child Programme 0-19, led by health visitors and school nurses.

Over the past year these teams have come up with new ways of supporting families during the pandemic.

These video case studies highlight the vital role that health visiting and school nurse services play in identifying problems early and giving children the best start in life.
