We are in the process of preparing to submit our CIL for examination. We have made a few minor changes to the Draft Charging Schedule since the Reg 16 consultation such as deletion of sections relating to the evidence base and funding gap which are not required as part of the Charging Schedule and removal of the Regulation 123 list to be submitted as a separate document.
Do these constitute to modifications that need to be included in the Statement of Modifications (Reg 19 (1)(d)) as essentially we have just slimmed down the document for examination?
Any advice would be appreciated.
