Self build relief and Demand Notices - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi, can I ask forum members if they create demand notices for cases where 100% relief has been granted?  Also, where partial relief has been granted how do they record that the full CIL liability has been paid but a potential liability exists if a disqualifying event were to occur?  I'd also be interested to know how members answer  q3.10  (d) has the LA received full or part payment of any CIL liability,  where full or partial relief has been granted.  ​​​​​​​
