One of the ideas coming out of the PAS collaboration project in Surrey is about shared provision of legal services between authorities to support enforcement work. To move this project forward PAS is looking for examples of where legal services are being provided by arrangements other than by in-house legal teams. We are interested in any examples, whether they provide general legal support or specific for one activity such as S106's. We would be intereste to learn more about the arrangements, what works well, any lessons learnt and what could be shared with others trying to improve this area of service Sarah Richards Head of Planning Advisory Service
