Currently seeking the removal of 2 advertisement boards under Schedule 3 Part 1 Class 5. The advertisements relate to a business which is at 3rd floor level of quite a prominent (but not listed) building in a conservation area. However they are fixed to both gable ends of the building below 1st floor level. Do you consider it justifiable to request the removal of the advertisements, on the basis that being at 1st floor level, are not displayed on the premises to which they relate ?
