Hi

Is it possible to challenge a landscape character assessment that states that wind turbines are not acceptable in the area being considered - under what legal basis can such an assessment be made?

It seems to be that a local authority could use a landscape character assesmsent to inhibit turbine installation just because they dont like turbines ?
