  letters to using email alerts ( or other digital means) instead? If
  so, has there been any positive/negative feedback from residents?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If  you are using email alerts via a service that residents sign up
  for do you think more or less people are being notified than when
  neighbour notification letters were used?&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
