Hi All,

We are a Village Hall who had planning permission granted for a small
kitchen extension in 2018. We are conscious that we are supposed to
have commenced development within three years for the permission to
remain valid. Before we approach the LPA, I wondered if there was any
national direction that, given limitations on community buildings to
run fundraising events etc due to COVID, that allowed extension of the
three year limitation? Or just a general feel for how other LPAs were
managing this? Is the general expectation that we would have to
 resubmit as usual?

Any thoughts appreciated.
