    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt; I have seen in a number of commentaries on the NPPG that the new guidance includes 'a renewed emphasis on the reuse of brownfield sites as a key source of land for housing'.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; Could anyone enlighten me as to where this reference is located? &amp;nbsp;I have seen the guidance within Viability which looks at bringing brownfield sites forward generally and the piece within Natural Environment on what can constitute 'high environmental value', but there is nothing which appears to promote it for housing specifically... &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; Thanks&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; Michael&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
