<p>The Right to Build Task Force is running a masterclass on local plans on Weds 28th June. <p>The experience with LP policies is bedding in and a lot of common reps and MIQs are being seen now. Three dragons will be speaking about evidence (demand assessment and viability) - sadly there are still SHMNAs who are not addressing self/custom build appropriately as per NPPF 62 & NPPG. Yours truley will take you on whistle stop tour of recent local plans, and Homes England self comissioned housing unit will talk about moving to delivery.
