    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;I'm reaching out to Planning Authorities large or small who
  monitor money and triggers for Section 106 agreements.  What system do
  you use to monitor and is it effective?   It would also be useful to
  know if you have a full time post(s) for monitoring and if you charge
  developers for monitoring Section 106 agreements.  &lt;/p&gt;
