Case study
This information governance guidance was produced for the Rough Sleeping Insights Project, led by LOTI, London Councils and the Greater London Authority (GLA) to support smaller charities and hostel providers to help them identify the relevant lawful basis for their processing and data sharing to support the project, and to help them provide suitable privacy information to individuals.
Whilst it is specific to the Rough Sleeping Insights Project, the guidance is useful to help local authorities understand some of the issues relating to data sharing for research purposes with charities and smaller organisations.
